TWERKout Wednesday!!

Once again....the Thirsty Thursday linkup is tomorrow!! Get your dranks ready!!

So, I failed on the ab challenge. Truth??? I haven't even done one night of it!! I'm such a loser. But....I've been working out more. So I feel good about myself.

Last night, when I got home from my workout, I made myself a protein shake. We have been out of protein for FOR-EV-ER and we finally got some on Monday. It was divine.

So, I figured maybe this Workout Wednesday I would share my 2 favorite protein shake recipes with you. :) Aren't you lucky?!?!?

Strawberry In My Bell-ay Protein Shake
1-2 scoops strawberry whey protein
1/2 cup oats
2-3ish scoops vanilla yogurt
a few frozen strawberries
milk to cover above
half a large cup of ice (depending on desired consistency)
Blend. Drink. Yum.

B-A-N-A-N-A-S and Cream Protein Shake
1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup oats
2ish scoops vanilla yogurt
1 scoop peanut butter
1 B-A-N-A-N-A-S
milk to cover
half a large cup of ice (depending on consistency)
Blend. Drink. Take a Moment. Sigh.
