#ThurstyThursday: Raspberry Beer Cocktail

Happy Thursday! Are you thursty yet? Because you're about to be with this one!

It's been so absolutely gorgeous over these past few days and this weekend. It rained a little but my plants could totally have used it and now they are blooming beautifully!!

This week I tried out another beer cocktail. I loved the last one and since it's so nice outside I thought I would make something we could keep in a pitcher and just pour. We usually have our goto Arnold Palmeranians stocked up in the fridge but they're getting a little old lately, so this is a great change.

One thing that's really nice about this is how refreshing it is. Beer sometimes bloats me in the summertime but it's so much easier to grab a beer and do yard work then have to keep track of your cocktail and keep mixing. This is a little of the best of both worlds.

And the raspberry. I love how it adds just enough flavor without overpowering the cocktail with a fruity taste. It keeps it light, but blends in nicely with the pink lemonade.

Raspberry Beer Cocktail
1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
2/3 container pink lemonade concentrate, or raspberry lemonade concentrate.
1/2 cup vodka
3 Coronas

Add raspberries and muddle just a little. Add pink lemonade, and vodka to pitcher. Mix well. Pour Coronas into mixture. Enjoy!! Cheers!

    1. It's really delicious and not too girly, either. But be careful if mixing catches up with you. This might be a little dangerous.

  3. Oh my gosh how yum! This looks so refreshing. I like fruity drinks in the summer but traditional cocktails are usually too much and I can only drink 1 or 2. I could sip this baby all day!

  9. OH MY GOD YUM! I've made something similar (like Amy says - pink panty droppers) but it wasn't specifically raspberry, and we usually use cheap beer. This with corona though sounds so freaking good and refreshing!
