"Escaping from winter’s darkness, this hazy golden, unfiltered Kölsch style creates a fresh start. Our take on the classic hybrid style from Cologne Germany combines the subtle fruit notes of an ale with the smooth crispness of a lager for a bright, refreshing brew to help escape those lingering cold days."
This is the description straight from the website, and since it pretty much said what I was going to. I'll leave it at that. It's a must try winter beer!!
My co-host this week is the blogger formerly known as Spunkee Belle. She has a new blog called Creatively Dysfunctional. A few weeks ago she linked up how to make rainbow shots and it was amazing. I have only seen this done one other time and it was awesome to see how I might even be able to do it myself. If you want sass and a lot of personality Krystal's the one to give it to you. Be sure to head on over and check her out.

ReplyDeleteInteresting. We were at a beer festival this past weekend, and I don't remember this being at the Sam Adams booth. There were a couple of other good ones, but of course...I can't remember them ;) Of those that we tried at the fest, our favorite was a locally brewed mango hefeweizen. Good stuff!
