#2 30DoB - Biggest Fears

Today on 30 Days of Blogging, Kelsey and Heather wanted us to post about our list of fears. So here goes:

1. Spiders - I know, cliche', but I'm terrified. Once, while on a trip to the caves in Belize, the guys that lead the Cavetubing group we went with pulled out a tarantula while we were riding down the road on a school bus. Worst part is he was trying to do a demonstration or whatever about the tarantula so he was standing in the front of the bus......directly next to my seat. This dude was literally holding this tarantula right above my head. So, needless to say, I freaked the fluck out...but don't worry, only internally.....I think. I did hold on to Mike and cry...but all the while with a smile on my face. :) Best part....we went on the same tour 2 years later and I told the guide about my slight freak out and.....he remembered me. haha.

2. The ghost that walks up the stairs behind me in the dark - Don't be a betch. You know you think the same thing. I have to literally turn the stairs light on just for the 15 second walk up to keep my fears at bay. Last night I forgot to turn the light on. I got halfway up and had to run. Sad part is we live in an almost brand new house. But there is some creepy 'ish that has happened lately.

3. Getting pregnant and not being able to drink - Biggest reason why I haven't "forgotten to take my birth control" and tricked my husband into making babies. Don't get your panties in a bunch, I'm only kidding. kinda. But it makes me sick to my stomach to think I have to go 9 months, or more, without drinking.

4. Some totally off the wall happening and killing me - I have FDS (Final Destination Syndrome). Something insanely crazy and horrific will kill me. I'm on the lookout constantly.

Your turn. Go link up for 30 Days of Blogging!

  4. Yes to FDS it's a real thing!!! And yeah I agree on the drinking I can't mentally wrap my head around it. So you aren't alone there! You are young try not to let that be a "fear" :)

  5. I had a legit nightmare after watching Final Destination. It was the strangest thing.

And totally not scared of spiders but horrified by rodents!

  6. I'd have zero problem not drinking for nine months. I can take it or leave it and my husband doesn't drink, so it wouldn't be a huge impact on my life. Lack of sleep and spending my cash on baby things would be worse for me. hahahaa.

This Final Destination is intriguing me now even though I know that it's not a good thing for me to know about.

  8. Lol this was too funny! "freaked the fluck out" hahaha! I have to say I *sort of* had the same fear of not being able to drink while pregnant, but you get used to it after awhile, lol. And then after you have the kid and you go out, you get doozy off of half a beer- it's bad! Glad to meet you from the link up!
